What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our inventory and customer support: operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory & Warehouse Operations:

• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and confirm the status of open purchase orders and inbound inventory.
• WMS Expertise: Serve as the super user: for our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Packaging Optimization: Analyze and recommend improvements for packaging efficiency:.
• Forecasting: Prepare warehouse workload forecasts: to anticipate and manage demand.
• Space Planning: Assist in planning and optimizing inventory space: within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Consolidate, relocate, and troubleshoot inventory: as needed.
• Data Handling: Perform file imports, exports, uploads, and downloads: related to inventory data.
• IT Coordination: Resolve basic IT issues: and act as a liaison to local IT support.
• Versatility: Step into any production role: in the warehouse or returns department as assigned.
• Returns Processing: Handle returns and recondition products: for resale.

Customer Support & Order Processing:

• Customer Assistance: Help customers with orders and inquiries: via phone, email, and messaging apps.
• Order Management: Screen, approve, and manage orders for shipment:.
• Administrative Tasks: Process customer credits: and perform various administrative duties:.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Pro: Exceptional written and oral communication skills:.
