Job Overview
We are hiring Appointment Setters to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar energy. This role is perfect for outgoing and driven individuals who enjoy engaging with people and setting up opportunities for our expert sales team. Your main responsibility will be door-to-door outreach, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for homeowners to learn more about solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to eNysus Power’s solar programs
- Create interest by explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
- Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants to present customized solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our system
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people daily
- No prior experience required—paid training provided!
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or appointment setting is a plus but not necessary
- Must be reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
