Job Description
1099 Independant Contractor - Commission based.
We are seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team! Your primary responsibility will be door-to-door sales, engaging with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and schedule consultations with our experts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, outgoing, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and set appointments
✅ Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and eNysus Power’s offerings
✅ Represent the company professionally while building trust with potential customers
✅ Track and report daily activity and lead conversions
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
✅ Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ No prior experience required—training provided!
✔ Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
✔ Must be able to work in the field and conduct door-to-door sales
