Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at Enzo’s Hand Wash & Detail.
- Provide information about our services and assist customers in selecting options that best meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized front area to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or guest relations roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for cars and automotive detailing is highly desirable.
