Project Management Specialist for Marketing

Marketing Operations Manager - Onsite in Venice, FL

Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects and supporting the day-to-day functions of the marketing department. This individual will be the central hub for project management, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. We are seeking candidates with experience managing the trafficking of projects, coordinating trade show execution, analyzing performance data, and supporting operational excellence in all aspects of marketing. This individual enjoys taking on special projects and seeing them through from conception to completion. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / FUNCTIONS (other duties as required):

• 5 Years of Marketing Operations or Marketing Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing the execution of marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and departmental goals.
• Expert skill level experience utilizing Microsoft Office software. Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
• Experience managing the trafficking of projects across the marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
• Experience leading the planning and execution of trade shows and other events, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and ensuring brand presence aligns with strategic goals.
• Experience creating and refining marketing presentations.
• Experience tracing and analyzing marketing outcomes, including campaign performance, trade show ROI, and project timelines, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Support the development of budgets for projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Partner with sales leadership to determine marketing needs to support sales strategies and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support the development and execution of campaigns, promotions, and programs.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment and efficiency in marketing activities.
• Adhere to all Enzymedica policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and safety initiatives, including job-related and annual training(s), e.g., cGMP, SQF.

COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or another related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and results-driven, with proficiency in tracking and evaluating performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and polished communicator with a focus on results.
