Job Overview
YogaSix Plainview is a fitness yoga experince for all. We offer 6 signature classes including Hot and other formats. We welcome yogis of all skill levels to our warm, welcoming and fun community. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Wellness Advisor (front Desk) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong customer services, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Wellness Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This is a part time hourly position with flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week including weekends. The Wellness Advisor position is shared by multiple people and report directly to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Handle reservations and cancellations accurately using club ready software.
• Provide customer support by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Make membership and retail sales.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of ClubReady is a plus.
• Exceptional customer support skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and membership sales.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with others with ease.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
