Title : Database Management Specialist
Type : Full-Time
Reports To : Regional Supervisor
Compensation Range : $23.00 to $27.00 an hour
Responsibilities :
Manage client database program(s) including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests, creating pre-load files, tracking refusals and tags / help ticketsCreate and maintain all circuit files and run statistical reports for managementFacilitate the completion of timely and accurate reportsCoordinate and prioritizing circuit field work schedulingProduction of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractorsAnalysis of the database for quality assurance and data integrityTechnical support for field personnel, foresters, planners, and office staffMeet with client to outline and implement data collection / reporting changesAbility to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects while effectively working with employees across departmental lines and external contactsPerform other duties as related or assignedRequirements :
