  • Proactively identify new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through mandate win.
  • Represent the firm and our Partner Managers with credibility in prospective investor meetings, industry conferences, and any investment consultant interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored pitches, RFP responses, and due diligence materials that highlight our Partner Manager’s differentiated strategies.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and activity tracking process, with accountability for measurable asset growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership cultivation.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, business strategy creation, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge of asset management, investment strategies, and exposure to capital markets or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with travel as required.
  • 5-7 years of experience within the institutional or intermediary investment sales landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.

Key Characteristics

  • The ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Results-driven and outcome-oriented.
  • High-conviction and comfort speaking-up.
  • Energetic, positive attitude, respectful, and mature.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
