What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Eolas International LLC?
Eolas International LLC is hiring a full time Project Manager in Bettendorf, Iowa who will plan, organize, execute, and manage client projects concurrently involving product pickups and retail data collection. The project manager maintains and develops relationships with key client personnel. The project manager will also be responsible for recruiting and managing our network of independent contractors (researchers) in North America.
The project manager will be responsible for part time shipping and receiving responsibilities, receiving 5-30 packages a day. There may be heavy lifting involved. There will be multiple packages weighing 20-40lbs. We need a person that can also work in the warehouse moving heavy freight around with a pallet jack and manual lift.
Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is comfortable working with both internal teams and directly interfacing with the client. We are a small team; however, our business is growing and our project manager must be adaptable and a champion of change.
Our ideal candidate has some these experiences and qualifications:
- 3 years prior experience in project management
- Data analysis knowledge
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and support
- Leadership capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Can successfully maneuver a pallet jack and manual lift with shipments weighing 600 pounds

Pay: $55,000 per year
