Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in investor acquisition to lead EON ASSETS’ business development efforts in Miami. This individual will be responsible for expanding our client base, attracting high-net-worth and institutional investors, and strengthening the firm’s presence in the U.S. financial market.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to attract private and institutional investors.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, family offices, and HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals).
• Represent EON ASSETS at key financial industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• Identify opportunities to grow and position the firm within the U.S. market.
• Work under a commission-based compensation model, focusing on tangible results.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, investor relations, or financial sales.
• Strong network within the financial sector, particularly in Miami.
• Knowledge of investment funds, financial markets, and derivative strategies (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Highly autonomous and results-driven profile.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
