The Opportunity
Eon is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to be part of our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to our users, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the security and stability of systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users with a focus on cloud productivity tools, security software, and Mac / Windows / Linux environments.
As an IT Support Engineer you will :
- Configure and prepare laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices for both in-
office and remote employees.
