The Opportunity
The Solutions Engineer at Eon Health is responsible for delivering impactful product demonstrations that showcase our platform's technical capabilities and clinical value. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our sales, product, and clinical teams, offering prospective clients a clear understanding of how Eon’s solutions address their clinical and operational challenges. The Solutions Engineer will lead engaging product demonstrations for healthcare stakeholders, clinicians, IT departments, and C-level executives.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and software applications. The Solution Engineer is expected to customize demonstrations to meet prospective client's unique needs while highlighting Eon’s product strengths.
In this role you will:
- Product Demonstration and Customization:
- Lead live product demonstrations for prospective clients tailored to address specific challenges in their clinical and operational environments.
- Customize demonstration environments to align with client use cases, focusing on workflows related to incidental findings, lung cancer screening, and care coordination.
- Highlight Eon's platform's key features and technical differentiators, including AI-powered identification, risk stratification, and seamless integration with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop demonstration strategies that effectively communicate Eon’s value proposition.
- Partner with the product development team to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and technical specifications that can be incorporated into demos.
- Support the sales team by answering technical questions, offering insights into product capabilities, and assisting with RFP responses when necessary.
- Client Engagement and Feedback:
- Work directly with prospective clients to understand their technical and clinical challenges, gathering feedback that can be relayed to the product team for future enhancements.
- Ensure client-specific concerns are addressed during product demonstrations and provide follow-up solutions where necessary.
- Technical Expertise and Training:
- Maintain a deep technical knowledge of Eon’s platform, including integration points, data exchange protocols, and AI-driven features.
- Train internal teams and clients on product functionalities, implementation best practices, and effective usage to maximize outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Clinical / Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, particularly EMR/EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning-based solutions, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare workflows is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Clinicians/Administrators
- Understanding Clinical workflows
- Demonstration and Client-Facing Skills:
- Proven experience leading live, client-facing software demonstrations focusing on technical and clinical users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and positioning Eon’s products as solutions.
- Problem-Solving and Customization:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to customize demos based on client feedback and technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful demo execution and post-demo follow-up.
- Partner with marketing to generate prospect-specific analyses and solution
- Financial Modeling/Pro Forma experience
- Client Engagement:
- Experience working directly with clients to address technical challenges, providing follow-up support and technical documentation post-demo.
- Ability to gather valuable insights from prospective clients to drive product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-based healthcare software solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Previous experience in healthcare diagnostics, radiology, or oncology settings.
