As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and preparing laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices for both in-office and remote employees. You will manage IT inventory, ensuring assets are recorded, assigned, and updated in inventory management systems. You can also coordinate IT equipment's return, repair, or replacement. Additionally, you will provide IT support across various platforms, manage endpoint security, and enforce IT security policies.

The Opportunity
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and preparing laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices for both in-office and remote employees. You will manage IT inventory, ensuring assets are recorded, assigned, and updated in inventory management systems. You can also coordinate IT equipment's return, repair, or replacement. Additionally, you will provide IT support across various platforms, manage endpoint security, and enforce IT security policies.
In This Role You Will
- Configure and prepare laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices for both in-office and remote employees.
- Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring that assets are recorded, assigned, and updated in inventory management systems.
- Coordinate the return, repair, or replacement of IT equipment when required.
- Provide IT support for macOS/Linux/Windows devices, ad hoc password reset requests, and onboarding and offboarding of SaaS applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and systems.
- Manage and maintain the SentinelOne endpoint security platform, ensuring all systems are protected.
- Guide users on best practices for endpoint security and data protection.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, and other office technology issues.
- Support network-related issues, including VPN setup, Wi-Fi configurations, and network access controls.
- Document and maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Ensure all IT systems, including software and hardware updates, function smoothly and securely.
- Please help onboard new employees by setting up workstations, access permissions, and accounts.
- Conduct New Hire IT Orientation.
- Inspect and clean returned equipment for inventory.
- Manage access to internal systems.
- Enforce IT security policies and ensure devices meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the security team to manage access control and monitor potential vulnerabilities.
- Support in-office and remote employees with IT setup/questions.
- Monitor employee machines for security risks.
- Proven expertise in supporting macOS/Windows/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with general IT troubleshooting, system administration, and network protocols.
- Strong understanding of network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with remote desktop and support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Implement Data Loss Prevention measures.
- MDM deployment and management.
- Conduct an IT Assets Audit.
- Develop robust IT documentation.
- Consolidate and own IT responsibilities currently held by other employees.
- Manage compliance and security policies for internal systems.
- Proven expertise in supporting macOS/Windows/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with general IT troubleshooting, system administration, and network protocols.
- Strong understanding of network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with remote desktop and support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration in a hands-on role.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
