Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Director to lead our team in achieving operational excellence.
In this role, you will oversee the inventory control process, including cycle count programs and just-in-time inventory methods. You will also supervise a team of materials employees, focusing on scheduling, performance reviews, training, timecard approvals, and other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and experience with creating KPIs. You will work closely with our team to foster an environment of continuous improvement and drive efficiency through waste elimination.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position is required. We also prefer candidates with a CPIM credential or CMQ/OE certification.
