Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities based on business needs and asset criticality.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, such as MTBF and MTTR, to evaluate maintenance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance history.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance team members on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Associate's degree or 2-year trade school degree with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles, with 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with CMMS software and predictive maintenance principles.
