Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager is a critical position within Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This individual will oversee the maintenance function, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality control.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Manage equipment condition using maintenance software, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize workload and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years' supervisory experience.
- A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as CMMS software.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or an associate's degree and equivalent experience.
