Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Operations Assistant! We’re seeking someone with at least three years of office support experience who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files and databases to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Receive deliveries and sort/distribute incoming mail.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various programs and perform accurate data entry.
- Support organization and filing to keep our office running smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Assist in fulfilling the needs of other staff members.
- Perform all other office functions as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excel experience is a must! Ability to create spreadsheets independently, including using formulas.
- Minimum of 3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.
