Patient Experience Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring efficient use of office resources.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care activities and follow-up communications.
• Provide support to the office team by performing administrative tasks as needed.
• Educate clients about services offered, including procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a dental or medical office setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client interaction.
• Proficient in office software applications and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.14 - $26.00 per hour
