Job Summary:
We are looking for detail-oriented and highly organized individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient with numbers, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role primarily involves processing raw materials and packaging them into consumer-ready goods.
During the summer months, team members will also participate in outdoor farm labor, including planting and harvesting, requiring full days of manual work in various weather conditions—rain or shine.
Candidates with strong computer skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain clear and accurate records, and deliver professional email communications, may have the opportunity to spend some time each week assisting with administrative tasks supporting our sales and inventory teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, deadlines, and high levels of responsibility.
· Perform tasks efficiently over an 8-hour work period without losing quality
· Effective communicator, both with supervisors and team members, ability to follow instructions and receive feedback.
· Work closely with management and other team members to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient workflows and meet production targets.
· Use good judgment and communication regarding product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind
· Comfortable with Repetitive Tasks
· Ability to sit or stand for long periods
· Ability to read, understand and follow SOP’s, directions, etc.
· Ability to maintain a clean, safe, compliant work area
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Experience in production line, factory, or assembly line work
· Demonstrated ability to use Basic Math or greater
· Comfortable working in a highly regulated industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
