As an HR Generalist, your main responsibility is to assist all human resource functions, including—but not limited to—recruitment, compensation and benefits, attendance management, and employment relationships.
Job Description :
- Responsible for recruitment, performing phone screening, conducting and leading the interview process, and managing debrief discussions to replenish headcount.
- Maintain an equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package, ensuring that compensation practices follow current legislation.
- Operate attendance devices, register, maintain accurate time records, process raw attendance data, and calculate and pay overtime according to company policies and handbook.
- Maintain all candidate databases in HRIS and update employee records with personnel changes.
- Communicate with managers to identify training needs and assist in mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
