Assistant Guest Services Manager
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager. This position will oversee the guest reception team and report to the Director of Front Office. The role requires excellent verbal communication and team engagement skills. The individual must ensure that the voice of the resort is properly conveyed in an engaging and refined manner employing all resort standards and those outlined by Forbes Travel Guide. The position requires frequent interaction with both guests and team members.

The Assistant Manager Of Guest Services Additional Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with guest check in and check-out process and ensuring that all guests needs are met
- Assisting and supporting the concierge team to provide exemplary service to our guests
- Ensuring bell service is prompt and thorough
- Communicating effectively with all departments
- Ensuring that all guest reception agents are completing their processes accurately and efficiently
- Executing emergency procedures as required
- Providing a warm welcome and departure to all guests
