AS the condo Operations Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of Kingston Resorts Short-Term Rental Program to ensure compliance with all established standards. The position is an ambassador of the ownership group to Kingston rental owners, guests, and contractors.
Responsibilities
One year of experience in a similar role.
Property Management or Real Estate license preferred
Salary - $70k - $80k depending on experience

AS the condo Operations Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of Kingston Resorts Short-Term Rental Program to ensure compliance with all established standards. The position is an ambassador of the ownership group to Kingston rental owners, guests, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Inspect Residences arrivals to ensure the units meet Hilton guidelines and Department SOP. Report/follow up with Engineering, Housekeeping, ADOCO, and DOCO on any relevant issues.
- Oversee the setup for new units joining the Short-Term Rental Program and meet with owners as needed to facilitate their transition onto the rental program.
- Coordinate housekeeping cleaning schedule
- Schedule special projects including deep cleaning, balcony/patio cleanings, filter changes, etc. are completed on time.
- Handle homeowner requests, inquiries and concerns/ take appropriate action to deal with those needs and resolve issues with homeowner. Follow-up with owners on items requiring attention.
- Stage special occasion items as needed for guests. Work with ADOCO to increase in-house guest/owner communication and problem resolution
