- Manage day-to-day execution of resort marketing tasks and materials in alignment with brand standards
- Create and update visual assets, including flyers, brochures, on-property signage, event materials, and print ads
- Organize and resize photography for use across marketing platforms and booking channels; support brand photoshoots
- Capture and curate real-time social content, ensuring alignment with the resort’s voice and aesthetic
- Coordinate website updates and digital content refreshes; support updates to third-party listings and online directories
- Support the development and promotion of seasonal offers and packages for various resort outlets (Spa, Marina, F&B, etc.)
- Liaise with social media agency to ensure alignment between brand visuals and content strategy
- Assist with influencer and media stay coordination, including content tracking and internal communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Rooms, Spa, Activities, Marina, and F&B teams on marketing needs and priorities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or graphic design, ideally within the hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of digital content platforms, CMS, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- Strong visual eye and design sensibility; able to translate brand standards into creative that converts
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events, content capture, and activations
