Description

The responsibilities of the housekeeping inspector include:

• Training the staff to provide the resort's sequence of cleaning services and to adhere by all cleaning and sanitizing protocols
• Mentoring, coaching, and counseling the staff
• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public space
• Providing day to day support to director of housekeeping
• Establishing safe working conditions through proper training
• Assigning and organizing daily duties
• Providing exceptional levels of service to our guests
  
  

The role requires knowledge of housekeeping service techniques, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Two years' experience in a luxury resort is preferred.
