The responsibilities of the People & Culture Coordinator will include:

The full-time seasonal availability required for this role is April through October.
The responsibilities of the People & Culture Coordinator will include:
- Welcoming employees to the resort in a warm and caring manner
- Assisting with uniform distribution and arranging for alterations
- Engraving name tags for employees
- Answering questions from employees
- Coordinating attendance at orientation sessions
- Coordinating department specific training
- Assisting with phone inquiries
- All reasonable requests by management
