Ocean's Edge Resort and Marina is looking for a Retail Associate who will manage and assist with the operations of our Lobby Market. This role is responsible for restocking merchandise, maintaining the stockroom inventory, assisting with purchasing, and ensuring the retail floor remains organized and inviting. Qualifications

· Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a hospitality setting.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

· Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.

· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.

· Familiarity with inventory management or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Restock merchandise to ensure shelves are full, organized, and visually appealing.

· Maintain accurate stockroom inventory and report inventory needs.

· Assist in purchasing retail items to ensure a consistent and appealing product selection.

· Monitor the cleanliness and overall appearance of the retail floor and stockroom.

· Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and purchases.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising strategies.

· Support monthly inventory counts and help with inventory control processes.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the retail operations.
