Position Overview:
The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive service standards, revenue growth, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all food & beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the daily activities of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement innovative dining experiences, menus, and promotions in collaboration with culinary leadership.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability, while achieving budgeted targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to feedback and continuously enhancing the dining experience.
- Collaborate with resort leadership on strategic initiatives to elevate the food & beverage offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience in a luxury resort or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar management, and banquet services.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive revenue, and control costs effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
