Job Summary
eos is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to manage its owned/DTC business. This position will be focused on leveraging insights and creating merchandising and promotional plans that deliver sales growth through increased customer conversion and average orders. The right candidate will be a data driven self-starter, with knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online consumer centric retailing principles. The role reports to the Director, Digital & Ecommerce and resides within the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Create an awesome digital customer experience that generates engagement and sales.
- Establish and execute merchandising, promotional and inventory plans that drive customer conversion and average order growth.
- Leverage tools/data to gain a deep understanding of users and customers and own all DTC reporting.
- Partner with the Digital Creative team to maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice in all digital touchpoints.
- Manage owned/DTC business testing and learning agenda including CRM segmentation build out.
- Partner with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to share ideas and best practices.
- Leverage competitive trends to inform tests and new strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 -7 years’ experience across Ecommerce or Merchandising; Bachelor’s degree required.
- A strong sense of online customer centric retailing principles and the analytics of customer purchase behavior including, merchandising, forecasting, promotional strategy and order level economics.
- Experience analyzing and reporting ecommerce data in order to identify trends and drive improvement of business results.
- Knowledge of technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms & willingness to learn new technologies and platforms; Shopify, GA4, Daasity experience a plus.
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and follow through.
- Demonstrates a high level of resourcefulness, flexibility and can-do attitude.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
