Job Summary
The Office & Regulatory Admin will play a dual role in our New Jersey Office. This role will be responsible for assisting the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure compliance for all our products. This person will also be responsible for the R&D operations of our lab. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing both structured, compliance-focused work and more dynamic, day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Regulatory Affairs Support
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare regulatory documents for various markets
- Support product registration processes and maintain regulatory files.
- Contribute to labeling compliance and review product claims
- Manage documentation and filing systems for research projects and patents
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and grant proposals for R&D initiative
