The Role- Visionary Administrative Assistant
This full-time position at EOS Worldwide consists of a strong candidate who can fill the Administrative Assistant seat to the Visionary/CEO of our successful, rapidly growing and dynamic organization. Requires excellent interpersonal/relational abilities, project coordination, flexibility and technology skills.
Successful candidates provide detailed, high-level administrative support and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal team members, the EOS community, clients and vendors. Candidates should only apply if located in the Wyomissing, PA area, as this position requires a hybrid working environment.
The ability to work effectively with others is critical, as extensive collaboration with EOSW staff, Professional EOS Implementers, and other business relationships is required. The target is to ensure excellent service standards.
Will report directly to EOS Worldwide’s Visionary/CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform office management and administrative duties
- Efficiently manage daily email communications and correspondence; review, organize and respond in a timely manner
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Podcast assistance to include setting up, running and taking down equipment
- Post to social media as needed
- Manage calendar and scheduling; create daily agendas
- Make meeting and event arrangements; handle logistics of those arrangements
- Make travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide support for special projects
- Create presentations, communications, prepare reports and other business documents
- Work collaboratively with other team members at all levels of the organization
- Manage internal and external business relationships
- Safeguard sensitive information, exercise professional discernment, and maintain confidentiality
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Must be technology savvy with strong computer skills; proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.

- Focus on execution/doing what needs to be done in a timely and accurate manner; exhibits exceedingly high-quality standards
- Extremely detail oriented nature with excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter spirit and a grasp of entrepreneurial business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative to propose solutions & improve processes
- A minimum of 2 years executive level administrative assistant experience
- A minimum of 2 years office management experience
- Interest in a full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week); work from home with flexibility to travel to the office up to 3 times a week
- Location: Wyomissing, Pennsylvania
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a remote (or hybrid) working environment.
- Experience with working for creative Visionaries or Quick Starts
- Experience working for a company running on EOS is a plus.
Location: Work from home/hybrid position with flexibility to travel to office in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania up to 3 times a week.
Compensation: $45,000/year with the potential for a merit-based bonus plus health benefits, flex-time, PTO and more
