Your Mission / Job Functions
- Provide basic Technical Support remotely for EOS Customer install base
- Be highly responsive to customer needs
- Maintain call hours
- Open service ticket in SAP for Customer Support.
- Place basic orders in SAP.
- Close call upon completion of ticket.
- Observe and maintain my-EOS e-mails.
Route calls in reference to my-EOS instructions and guidelines
