Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Responsible Manager: Director, Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Pflugerville, Texas
(Hybrid Role)
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to be responsible for managing all NA import/export activities while working directly with internal and external customers and consultants.
You will be responsible for issuing purchase orders and working within our ERP systems. If you are detail-oriented and have logistics and supply chain experience, this might be the role for you.
Your Mission
• Manage all import and export activities for EOS NA.
• Work directly with freight forwarders, internal logistics and external consultant on HTS classifications, and customs clearance, internationally and domestic.
• Support the team by issuing purchase orders and performing transactional tasks in ERP systems (SAP and MISys).
• Cross train on other purchasing-related tasks within the department, to facilitate growth in your role and in the organization.
Your Talents
• 2-3 years of supply chain experience preferred, with a focus in purchasing.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance and regulations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically MISys and SAP.
• Very strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Ability to grow in the purchasing aspect of the role.
