WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Warehouse Associate you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. From processing equipment requests to maintaining inventory levels and handling outbound shipments, you'll support critical logistics that keep our client's IT infrastructure running seamlessly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill equipment and materials requests accurately and on time.
- Provide email communication and support with clear, professional correspondence.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and records using Excel and internal systems.
- Operate pallet jacks safely to move and organize goods.
- Handle outbound shipments including picking, packing, and labeling equipment.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Receive and log incoming hardware shipments.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Assist with desk moves and onsite deployments as needed.
- Monitor and maintain task and SRT queues regularly.
- Support delivery of new hire equipment across the NORAM region.
- Manage e-waste processing and donation logistics.
- Ensure safe disposal of decommissioned equipment.
- Collaborate daily with regional inventory teams to maintain service alignment.
- Participate in any other duties or special projects assigned by the Site Lead or management.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience working in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Professionalism and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Familiarity with inventory management tools or asset tracking systems.
- Experience in a tech environment or with IT hardware.
- Previous experience supporting global logistics or regional coordination.
- Ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative on assigned tasks.
