What You'll Do
- Ignite growth. Cultivate and expand high-value referral partnerships—providers, clinicians, hospitals, corrections, and more.
- Own your territory. Strategically manage your region and verticals, identifying key opportunities and championing our brand in the field.
- Solve problems like a pro. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, support, and elevate the referral experience.
- Guide clients through the process. Work closely with our admissions team to complete the necessary steps for our clients to admit.
- Track what matters. Report on referral trends, opportunity pipelines, and market intelligence—help us sharpen our strategy and grow smarter.
- Make ideas happen. Spot new growth opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the table--we're looking for creators and closers.
- Be a team player. Collaborate across departments and with leadership to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
- A passion for healthcare and behavioral health, and a belief in the power of recovery.
- 3 years of outreach, business development, marketing, or sales. Bonus if it is in healthcare or addiction treatment. Or 3 years experience as a clinician in behavioral health with an eye toward growth and sustainability. Or 3 years of intake or admissions experience.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Comfort with travel, autonomy, and high-energy environments.
- Data-savvy mindset—trends, gaps and opportunities. We need to know what works. And what doesn't.
