Partners Professional is assisting our client seeking an Administrative Assistant working on site in Peachtree Corners GA. The selected candidate will handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities including record maintenance and certification, renewal process and follow up, working with fleet vehicles and various arrangements, scheduling and coordinating training classes and meetings. This position will become the 'hub' of the office in supporting the team meaning organizational skills, multi-tasking and heavy attention to detail is important to being successful. This will be offered as a temp-to-hire role with flexible hours , i.e. 7 am-3 pm or 8 am -4 pm totaling 8 hours daily. It will start as Monday-Thursday during training and then optional to add on Fridays if candidate wishes.
Qualifications :
- MS Office with strong (intermediate) Excel
- Data Entry into spreadsheets and data bases
- Scheduling training and meetings
- Record maintenance, filing and scanning
- Communications verbally, written, emails, in office and via phone is vital
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility are all needed qualities
