Partners Professional is currently assisting our client seeking an experienced Insurance Agent in Sales. Our client is located in Southampton PA and this position can be maintained as a remote schedule However, you must be in the vicinity of PA, NJ, DE and MD to travel with clients, prospects and / or customers regionally. The selected candidate will have 2-3 years of P&C Insurance Sales and service. A P&C license is required and from the following states : PA, NJ, DE, MD and ME. This position requires for candidates to be Bilingual, ENG / ESP. It is a Direct Hire / Perm position with commission on sales with salary base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Meeting and / or exceeding sales goals by pursuing and generating new business
- Cold calling new prospects to set appointments to define clients’ services and expertise
- Bringing new prospects to closure
- Retaining current customers though servicing and account reviews
- Interact with internal team members and our subsidiary companies to ensure cross selling initiatives are met
Required Skills and Abilities :
The ideal candidate is and independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong relationships, who understands the personal and commercial insurance markets and strong ability to prospect business in local communities, networks and connections.
Note : Living and working within the geographic area is mandatory along with being completely Bilingual.
