Partners Professional is please to be assisting our client in filling their new role as a Sales Support / Logistics Associate. This position will be on site at their facility located in Buford Ga. The selected candidate will effectively support inside sales efforts by entering orders, expediting, and following up on all distributor and manufacturer activity for their assigned product lines. Responsible for truck / shipping logistics. Interact and manage personal relationships with multiple distributors, manufacturers, and internal personnel over a wide geographic footprint.
Assigned Tasks
- Interact and respond to all customer inquiries through digital platforms and phone calls.
- Process & enter all orders received by customers to assigned manufacturers.
- Provide basic price and product availability to customers
- Expedite any orders requested by customers.
- Handle customer return requests
- Work with distributor customers and manufacturers to correct shipping / pricing / billing errors
- Work with management and warehouse staff to maintain proper items and inventory levels for assigned manufacturers where applicable.
- Manage shipping lanes and routes by putting together trucks of material for assigned product lines.
