Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical knowledge, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment, and experience maintaining and repairing various plant equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of plant machinery and utilities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

3rd Shift - 9 : 30PM - 6 : 00AM
TRAINING WILL BE FIRST SHIFT 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM
Job Duties
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, including conveyors, drives, belts, pneumatic and electric controls, compressed air systems, and related machinery.
- Follow established safety rules and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Assist line operators with equipment setup and sanitation processes.
- Respond promptly to equipment emergencies and notify management of critical issues.
- Oversee the startup and shutdown of plant utilities.
- Reference operational manuals to ensure safe operation and proper spare part usage for all machines.
- Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform minor maintenance duties on building systems, and electrical equipment as requested.
