We are seeking a candidate that has experience in the following areas:

  • Customer Service
  • Inside Sales
  • Order Entry
  • Proficiency in Windows and Excel
  • Order Processing
  • Strong Communication Skills

The position is that of an Order Entry Administrative Professional for a very stable company that has been #1 in the industry for over 100 years!

This is a temp to permanent position, Monday - Friday from 8 - 5.  It is paying anywhere from $20 - $26 an hour, depending on your skill set.  

Below is a list of responsibilities that may be assigned to you once hired:

  • Generate purchase orders
  • Review invoices to ensure purchase orders matched what was billed out
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries
  • Help as needed with inside sales 
  • Working with Sales Department as requested
  • Strong Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) is required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

 

Salary : $18 - $26
