We are seeking a candidate that has experience in the following areas:

The position is that of an Order Entry Administrative Professional for a very stable company that has been #1 in the industry for over 100 years!
This is a temp to permanent position, Monday - Friday from 8 - 5. It is paying anywhere from $20 - $26 an hour, depending on your skill set.
Below is a list of responsibilities that may be assigned to you once hired:
- Generate purchase orders
- Review invoices to ensure purchase orders matched what was billed out
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Help as needed with inside sales
- Working with Sales Department as requested
- Strong Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) is required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salary : $18 - $26
