Job Description : Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician (2nd Shift)
Schedule :
- 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday
- Training will be conducted on 1st Shift
Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare sample bottles for production machines for the current day, including mixes from the freezer, fill line samples, and necessary quantities for each machine.
Perform bacterial testing and plating of samples, including blending media, melting products, and plating samples.
Conduct and document quality control checks, including product weight, machine speed, and inclusion quality, multiple times per shift.
Order and maintain inventory for QA / QC lab supplies and third-floor first aid supplies.
Assist in relieving packing positions as needed.
Document work-related injury accident investigation reports and contact the Nurse Triage line when required.
Review potential employee applications, manage background checks, and coordinate further interviews for open Production positions.
