Partners Professional is currently assisting our client with an opportunity as a Showroom Manager and client assistance specialist for their flagship location in Camp Hill PA. As a Showroom Manager you will be assisting existing and potential customers as they shop, view, select, and investigate Kitchen, Bath and cabinetry products for home and business remodels and builds. The selected candidate will work in support of the sales staff and design teams in location and selection of products with the customer and creating quotes and orders. This position is being offered as a direct hire (not contract or temp) with salary plus bonus / commission structure and strong benefits package. The schedule is 8 : 00 to 5 : 00 Monday thru Friday with every other Saturday morning is required.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Experienced in sales and face-to-face customer service in a remodel, construction or design environment.
• Experience working with industry related vendors and designers
• Kitchen and / or Bath remodel and construction background highly preferred
• Software includes MS Word, Outlook, Excel is required. Solar Eclipse software will be given preference.
• Working with catalog sales, samples, showroom displays and settings.
• Professional and engaging communication skills, verbally and is writing is necessary
• Having customer service as primary driver and desire to exceed expectations a must.
• Team work oriented in a close, well knit, and experienced team and coworkers.
