Job Title: Apartment Supervisor

Salary Range:
Job Summary: Ensure individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities receive support and services to live their best lives. The role involves supervising apartment DSP staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. The supervisor will oversee program development, quality assurance, and maintain compliance with safety, emergency, and licensure standards. Responsibilities also include fiscal management, resource coordination, and managing relationships with families, guardians, and community partners. The supervisor will maintain accurate documentation, conduct investigations when necessary, and participate in on-call rotations. Additionally, the role includes personal and professional development, team coordination, and promoting community participation for the people supported.

· Fiscal, Database, Paperwork and Compliance Management
Requirements:
1. 4 years’ professional-related experience in property management.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
3. Must complete DSP training in accordance with the state regulations and maintain acceptable status on the Health Care Worker’s Registry under the Healthcare Worker’s Background Check Act.
4. Must obtain/maintain standing as an Authorized Direct Support Professional for medication administration.
Preferred Requirements:
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- One year experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Must possess emotional stability to handle stressful situations on a regular basis and the ability to cope with illness, death, and dying.
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
