Job Title: Team Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $21.15/hour
Job Summary: Serve as a mentor to assist in the orientation and training of newly hired staff. In
coordination with the QIDP/Program Coordinator, train/coach and supervise the
area of responsibility. Develop daily schedules which are developmentally and
age appropriate.
Responsibilities:
· Assistance to QIDP/Program Coordinators
· Staff Supervision
· Program/Department Development and Coordination
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience needed
- One year experience with persons with developmental disabilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
