EP&Co. is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with a passion for research and building belief in brands that we love, daily.
As a Junior Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, conducting primary and secondary research, and providing insights that inform our advertising strategies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced researchers and collaborate with various teams across the agency to contribute to the development of creative and data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and executing research projects to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and advertising effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, social media, and industry reports.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings and insights to internal teams and clients.
- Support the development of advertising strategies by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in research methodologies.
Requirements - Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience:
- 1-2 years market research or agency research experience.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research techniques/methods/design and industry practices.
- Background in advertising or equivalent field that demonstrates skills in both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to identify insights.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively (i.e., work on multiple market research projects with competing deadlines).
- Proven contributor in the development and implementation of new quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas succinctly.
- Ability to collaborate and work with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in research, business, psychology or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
