Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP/Proactive pitch scenario, identifying success definition and hot buttons
• Create win themes assimilating intel from internal and external sources
• Guide the deal team on deal construction and proposal wireframes
• Run point on commercial construct in alignment with business, delivery, and FP&A leaders
• Help the team industrialize the proposal creation process by bringing in best practices
• Create sizing metrics from all service towers and levels
• Analyze the deal requirements and size up transition and delivery teams
• Guide the team on cost optimization on base resource cost
• Review with the account team and practice leaders to harmonize the team sizing
• Work with delivery leaders to create shared service models
• Join Orals/defense presentations to showcase practitioner experience
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with different models in commercial models
• Hands-on experience in creating SLAs
• Strong understanding of what delivery management platforms look like
• Awareness of project delivery methodologies
• 10 years of managed services experience
• Strong understanding of application support, maintenance, and large-scale transformations

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $145,000 - $240,000.
