Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP/Proactive pitch scenario, identifying success definition and hot buttons
- Create win themes assimilating intel from internal and external sources
- Guide the deal team on deal construction and proposal wireframes
- Run point on commercial construct in alignment with business, delivery, and FP&A leaders
- Help the team industrialize the proposal creation process by bringing in best practices
- Create sizing metrics from all service towers and levels
- Analyze the deal requirements and size up transition and delivery teams
- Guide the team on cost optimization on base resource cost
- Review with the account team and practice leaders to harmonize the team sizing
- Work with delivery leaders to create shared service models
- Join Orals/defense presentations to showcase practitioner experience
- Experience with different models in commercial models
- Hands-on experience in creating SLAs
- Strong understanding of what delivery management platforms look like
- Awareness of project delivery methodologies
- 10 years of managed services experience
- Strong understanding of application support, maintenance, and large-scale transformations
