Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, analyze, and test mechanical systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
• Communicate complex engineering concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent from an accredited program
• 2-4 years of applied mechanical engineering experience
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (prototype and production-level), laboratory work, and shop practices
• Experience designing and executing proof-of-concept prototypes
• Solid theoretical mechanical engineering background
• Experience working medical technology/devices preferred
