Responsibilities

• Collaborate and co-develop account plans for delivery, growth and client satisfaction
• Communicate with Business and Senior Leadership on strategies and roadmaps
• Contribute to strategic deliverables such as vision and assessment results
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients
• Participate as a principal consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
• Work alongside the solution architect to translate discovery results into technical blueprints
  
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on with end-to-end data and analytics solution delivery
• Extensive experience launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs
• Highly skilled with Data Lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, and BI reporting
• Proven History working with Databricks, Cloud Data Platforms, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Science & Predictive Analytics
• Expert in Cloud & Data Technology and the market trends within Azure and AWS ecosystems
• Strong understanding of high-level enterprise architecture patterns for data ingesting, storing, processing, and publishing
• Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships
• Comfortable leading teams while tackling a high level of uncertainty, multiple stakeholders & tight timelines

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $119,000 - $190,000.
