Responsibilities
- Create and adjust financial reports using Tableau
- Provide technical expertise in data visualization and operational insights via analytics
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and efficiency in a rapidly scaling customer support environment, bringing analytic capabilities and insight
- Address business challenges, performance bottlenecks, and growth opportunities with analytical solutions
- Measure new strategies or initiatives keeping in mind actionable insights and business impact
- Collaborate with data scientists to advance core data artifacts to the next level both aesthetically and operationally
- Develop partnerships with business and operations leaders and help them strategize, understand, visualize, and measure data-driven initiatives

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range : $70 - $80 per hour.
