Responsibilities
- Set up SFTP accounts, parameters, and shell and Perl programming routines to automate file transmissions
- Configure Connect : Direct and file agent scripts to facilitate automation scripts
- Work with various network, firewall, and system administrators to establish TCP / IP connectivity and troubleshoot FTP connectivity issues
- Assist and mentor others on the team and follow established methodology procedures
- Provides 24x7 support for the transmission processes in addition to on-call rotations
- Work scheduled weekend and night hours for supporting maintenance window installations and testing
- Take direction from project leads as well as perform the tasks of the project lead
