Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a prioritized product strategy in conjunction with Leadership to enable an innovative product portfolio and reporting standards
- Working with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, and other executives, and function with stakeholders across the organization
- Creating and building requirements for products, executive-level presentations for strategy, business case development, capital, and go-to-market plans
- Developing, tracking, and performance managing IT / Software development / 3rd party Partner services delivery metrics
- Prioritizing actionable business improvement initiatives based on analysis of customer, stakeholder, and employee feedback
- Project management of cross-tower organizational initiatives and action registers; coordinating resources to achieve project goals
- Gathering and analyzing data in order to fulfill regular and ad-hoc requests including executive-level escalations
- Developing strong collaborative relationships with executive-level staff in order to assess and meet the needs of the business
